Guts Sword Diorama

For my first-time using MAYA and learning the 3D modelling process, I’m very satisfied with the result of my final diorama piece. With Gut’s Sword being the Centre piece, the intention was to create a memorial for the author of the Berserk series, making the sword the tombstone for his grave. The scene is supposed to be set on a rainy/windy night, but I had some difficulties uploading some of the animations. The shield and the scattered arrows are used to establish a medieval setting, almost like there was a fight that took place a long time ago. The patches of grass are meant to depict the passage of time, showing that there has been time for life to grow on the harsh battlefield.
